“Nice Location, friendly staff”

“Fantastic location. So quiet but bang in the middle of theatre land”
Fantastic location. Extremely quiet hotel on a road that has very little passing traffic and because of the excellent sound proofing you can’t hear anything. “Average stay in central London”
Staff were friendly. Room was small. 3 adults sharing. Sofa bed was not made up on arrival. Only enough towels, cups etc set up for 2 adults. Really central convenient location. Expensive and this is all location. Room really basic, shower in bath not great, no shower cap/moisturizer/mini fridge empty, staying on third floor, lift not working for part of stay, fine with me to take stairs but not for others.
