We had a great stay at the Quinta Real and would love to return. The hotel is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. Every employee that we met was professional, friendly, and efficient. During our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting two excellent employees. Luis Pedrero was great and made us feel welcomed as guests of the hotel. Another fantastic employee was Bernabe. Every time we left the hotel or returned, Bernabe was there with a smiling face to greet us and ensure that we did not need any help - which made us feel welcomed and appreciated while staying at the property. Thank you for a excellent stay in Villahermosa.

“Always a pleasure to stay here”

This is an excellent hotel with good service. The staff are very polite, friendly and always willing to help. All of the facilities are good. The restaurant provides excellent food but the service is a little slow. Breakfast is all to order - no buffet, which is rare. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is not in the best area of Villahermosa; there is not much around, except a few good restaurants. The place is very nice, like all the Quinta Reals, with upscale architecture and facilities. All rooms open to the central patio, which guaranties quietness. Our room was spacious with a large, well-equipped bathroom. The staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Free parking. The air-conditioning did not seem to work properly in our room. It did refrigerate, but did not dry out the air enough, so there was a constant unpleasant smell of humidity. In the shower, a glass door would be better than the current thick curtain that remains wet from client to client, which is not pleasant.
