“Good 2 night stay in Madrid.”
Receptionist was excellent and very helpful. We had not made a reservation but this was not a problem. Room very good and clean, comfortable beds. A perfect hotel for a short stay. “Used to be wonderful”
Used to be a wonderful hotel that is now not up to standards for a 4 or 5 star rating. Bedding was uncomfortable. Chairs in the room were very uncomfortable and sagging. Staff was good! Don’t think we will return again.

“The only good thing is the Location”
We have stayed here 9 years ago. This time we just stayed for 1 night. This might have been a 4 stars hotel back then but definitely not now. We stayed in room 304 next to the elevator and very small. The bathroom door which it is glass and did not close properly was next to the bed. No privacy ... more
