“Very nice stay!”

The hotel is located Ina very nice spot and the room was quite spacious. For the price I think breakfast should've been included, but overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I had to extend my trip but unfortunately everything was booked, otherwise I would've stayed there for one more week!

We visited Berlin for the first time and also use nh collections mitte check point Charlie for first time and on both counts it won't be our last. The city was fantastic either an exciting mix of old and new and offered the tourist a varied mix of experiences. We were based at nh collections berlin mitte check point Charlie and could not have asked for a better location. The reception staff were excellent and made checking in a simple stress free process. This geniuenly helpful customer friendly attitude flowed through every member of staff we met. Special mention must go to Roksoluna who we spoke to each day and always greeted us with a uge smile and a genuine interest of what we had been up to, places we had visited and was always on hand with advice to make our stay a special one. Our room was spacious, clean and the facilities more than adequate. The location of the hotel was excellent being a stones throw from check point Charlie and the main hub for shops etc and the main tourist attractions. A huge thank you for helping making our visit and stay an excellent one and we will definitely use nh collections in future. Thank you John cowan Scotland

“NH Collection Berlin”

Very good hotel, a bit high price for the overall service and equipment. The breakfast is excellent, a very diverse offer of quality products.

We stayed in room 742 with a terrace, the only let down about the room was the fact that the terrace had dead weeds and grass growing everywhere because it hadn't been maintained, hence we have only given 4*. We stayed in room 742 with a terrace, the only let down about the room was the fact that the terrace had dead weeds and grass growing everywhere because it hadn't been maintained, hence we have only given 4*. Everything else about the room was excellent, though for 3 people we could have done with a little more storage. We took the option on an occasion to have a free drink at the bar instead of housekeeping which we thought was an excellent idea. I would also say that the bar/restaurant area has a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers luggage for early arrivals and late departures which is really helpful. The breakfast, what can I said, there is something for every pallet with omelettes cooked to order and cook your own pancakes. The staff at breakfast were extremely efficient, constantly removing dishes and resetting the tables for others guests. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Berlin.
