Stayed here for the weekend in November! Great hotel, very clean and modern. Great location with easy access to old town which is about a 10 minute walk. Delighted with choosing to stay in Hotel Sallés Malaga Centro. Great location for access to Old Town. While the street may be a little run down, the hotel and staff more than make up for it. Delighted with choosing to stay in Hotel Sallés Malaga Centro. Great location for access to Old Town. While the street may be a little run down, the hotel and staff more than make up for it. Stayed 5 nights and although there was an initial problem with our booking, the staff at reception could not have been more accommodating. Superb breakfast included with free welcome drink when booking directly.

“Very Nice Hotel - Excellent Location”

Stayed four nights at this hotel on a touring holiday in February. Chosen as a base as it had parking and is well located just a 5 minute walk into the old town. Stayed four nights at this hotel on a touring holiday in February. Chosen as a base as it had parking and is well located just a 5 minute walk into the old town. After a quick check-in, we were given a small, well equipped room on the 5th floor, however USB ports on the right hand side of our bed weren’t working. Comfortable bed, although this comprised of two mattresses pushed together. We had a very good, late afternoon lunch on their pool terrace. The hotel provides a good breakfast, however in our view, the hot selection needs to be hotter (would have been 5 stars if not for this). We think the heating lights/hot plates in that area weren’t working properly. The hotel has access to two small secure parking areas in the road behind the hotel. Overall very nice hotel, and would have no hesitation in booking again.

I give it 3.5 stars overall. Nice hotel in a pretty good location for exploring the old town, but don't expect anything fancy. I give it 3.5 stars overall. Nice hotel in a pretty good location for exploring the old town, but don't expect anything fancy. From the outside it looks rundown but clearly they have invested on the look and feel inside. Which was perfectly pleasant. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds for the kids. The room was clean and bright but nothing to shout about. Breakfast was average and very busy each day. Roof top terrace was nice with good views but nothing special. Location is good as within 2 mins walk you enter the eastern edge of the old town and within 10 mins you are in the heart of the old town or by the water.
