I stayed here everytime I was in Gangnam on business. Its location is fabulous, just 5 minutes away from the Gangnam Station Exit 10. Its cozy like home and, being a serviced apartment, has an array of useful amenities in the room itself, such as a proper sink and the freezer, which are very useful for me. You can borrow DVDs from the office counter and return them when you are done. It can be a little difficult to find if its your first time, even though it's very near the Gangnam Station, as not many people seem to know about this serviced apartment.

I stayed in M Chereville for 2 weeks while on business trip in Seoul. I really enjoyed my stay and will for sure stay in this serviced apartment during my next visit to South Korea. Good - Excellent location (shops, multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Gangnam station within 5 minute walking distance). - Fast internet connection. - Many HD channels in TV. - Hardwood floors. - Washing machine (ask free laundry detergent from reception). - Fully equipped kitchen (stove top, rice cooker, microwave oven, kitchenware etc.) - Separate bedroom with confortable bed. - Water purifier in the room (with really cold water). - Shower cabinet. - Dining table. - Aircondition. - Helpful staff. Bad - No 24/7 reception.

Love the space. Furnishings look old, but adequate. A properly furnished kitchenette. Bathroom: It was spacious enough. Basic layout and design. Water pressure was small though...took me a long time to shower. :D Location: Considering this is seoul, it's not all that bad, walkable to subway - walkable to me is anything less than 20 mins :) Overall: Take into consideration the price + seoul, i would say it's average to good. Did't like that i have to walk after taking the airport bus...uhhhh

“Good location, big space for this area, worth the price paid”

I've booked this place because of price and it's close to the office i have to work with after reading few reviews (stay here for 14 days - studio room - floor 12).... but then once i read more reviews i found out that this place was not so favored by other travelers and said things like its crap... more

I've booked this place because of price and it's close to the office i have to work with after reading few reviews (stay here for 14 days - studio room - floor 12).... but then once i read more reviews i found out that this place was not so favored by other travelers and said things like its crap, it's dirty, would spend just a night only..bla bla.. I've got to admit that i was worried and wanted to change hotel right away because I like decent place but im not that picky and the price gone up already so I stick to this place because it's really close to my office. I normally stay in 4-5 stars hotel if affordable and preferable. So we go to the hotel with a feeling of "did not expect anything good from this place but a suppose to be good apartment" ... but when we arrived, it completely changed my mind. the room is spacious, not so new yet not that old, fully furnished (tv, dvd, kitchen, drink dispenser, microwave, utensils, iron table). Bed is not that bad but it's not that comfortable too (you can feel the spring inside the mattress when you move). towel is not that new but acceptable). Room is acceptable regards dirtiness and dust as per reviews (i prepared baby wipe to even clean the room myself too but turned out i don't have to clean but a dining table. stayed on floor 12 which is not that high so you can hear school bells ring in the morning and people outside at night, so i guess a higher floor would be better. there's no room service, but housekeeping change towel and keep trash everyday, change bed sheet, vacuum the floor and clean bathroom maybe once to 2-3 days ( i didn't keep track) but if you need anything you can always call reception. It's because i don't expect this hotel to cater any good service (because of the reviews) so i felt that this place has delivered what the price is sold. It is a very good hotel comparing to the price you paid especially the location, you cannot ask for me with this price! restaurants, clubs, shopping, subway.. few steps away. I'm not sure about other reviewers but if you paid about $70/night, you cannot just expect a 4-5 stars-service with this big room and super location. I also looked at same price in the same area, you get half size of this place. I would come back here again definitely. Cons: loud noise at night because of the clubs and restaurants, and school time in the morning. Ps. expect just an apartment type of accommodation and you will stay here happily
