On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Excellent stay in an outdated hotel”
Pure pleasure to be there for 4 nights. Small apartments are equipped with terraces each. The views are excellent. Outdated interiors bring some charm. “Anniversary treat”
Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Let us choose which one. We've been before so we picked the one with the best view. Lovely room. Beautiful looking hotel. Plantation style. “Fantastic views and rustic charm”
I picked it based on size and pictures of views and grounds, and it didn't disappoint. “Outdated but affordable ”
This hotel has very large rooms, each with a little salon. Very affordable and a great hub to do walks in the Sierra de Cazorla. Though the rooms are outdated and the cleanliness is kept to a strict minimum with room for improvement.
