Location 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Accommodations 4.5/5 Amenities 4.5 Staff 5/5 We stayed in the apartments (which are in a separate building behind the hotel) for 4 nights. I did not see what the rooms in the hotel so I cannot speak to them. Location - The hotel is a short drive from the city of Munich which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a charming Bavarian town while being conveniently located near the city and several day trip destinations. I will note there are cows near by so on one of the days we were there manure could be smelled; this was not an issue for me having been raised on a farm but something to note. A convenience store can be walked to in 5 minutes and a small grocery store is a 10 minute walk. Cleanliness - The rooms were wonderfully clean and housekeeping returned daily to freshen the room. Accomodations - The apartments are studio style but very well designed taking advantage of every inch of space. There is a kitchenette complete with a mini fridge and stove top. Cooking supplies and eating utensils are supplied including a kettle (yay for on demand tea!). The dining table/chair are us a bit rigid but adequate and comfortable enough for meals. There are 2 TVs (one for the living area and one for bedroom area) and from what I observed. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets as well. The water pressure for showering was great as well. Amenities - The wifi was consistent for most of our stay; ocassionally it was a bit spotty. A washing machine could be found in the basement; I will note, I am unsure whether we were actually allowed to use the washing machine but we did. Note there is no dryer, but I found using the raditor in the bathroom helped dry thicker materials. There is no AC but there were 3 doors/windows that could be opened partially or fully. I would think during the summer this would make for an uncomfortable stay if you are accustomed to AC but for us in September having the windows open sufficed. I believe in winter the room would be adequately cozy since there were radiators practically everywhere. We did not take advantage of the bowling alley or restaurant. Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast was good. Staff - The staff were friendly and helpful. When we checked in the lady at the desk did not speak English but was able to explain where we needed to park and were the rooms were. She also got a server from the restaurant to translate for us to make sure we understood.
