What a lovely place to stay. Staff were so friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, good variety of food which was always so yummy! Snack bar was also brilliant, I feel like all I did on this holiday was eat, you defiantly will not starve here! We could not fault our stay and would happily return in the future, we could have easily stayed another few weeks.

“Perfect affordable getaway!”

Clean, comfortable and affordable. Lots of variety in the restaurant, friendly staff and plenty of sunbeds. Rooms were spacious and clean. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Lots of variety in the restaurant, friendly staff and plenty of sunbeds. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing I can fault is the location as there isn’t much around, but the hotel has everything you need if you didn’t want to leave the grounds. Good range of drinks and even a snack bar in the pool area. Family friendly & couple friendly. Would return!

“Lovely time, shocking food choices ”

To start with, we had an amazing time! Family of 3, with a 4 year old. Weather was lovely. Bars open from 10am for coffee etc. Pillows are very flat so we requested more. These were provided without question. Rooms were clean (no duvets, just 2 sheets) and rooms have air con. We stayed in a sea view room which overlooked the pools- very lovely. Staff were amazing. One dark haired very grumpy lady providing dinner service, but other than that, staff were amazing! Pools and pool areas very clean and plenty of room. Plastic cups used for drinks outdoors. Can take all inclusive drinks to your room. Snack bar food can also be taken to your room. Snack bar open from 1pm til 4pm then 5pm til 6pm. Ice cream tubs available in Snack bar and main pool bar. Towels are provided for 10€ each. This is refunded if towels are returned. Dont lose your receipt. Local shops within a 10 minute walk...don't go to the nearest shop (2 mins walk) it's super expensive! Exit at the rear of the hotel through the gate. There is also a bus stop there with an hourly service. We travelled to Citudella. Really lovely place! 20 mins on the bus. Small market right next to the bus station- super easy to navigate. Delicious food. Oh, and there are about 3 English TV channels! Could keep up with itv! Only criticism is the food at the hotel. Mostly meat and fish. Lots of chips and pasta...if you don't like seafood like me then you'll live on pasta all week. The usual flies accompany every meal as they do everywhere abroad. Wasps around the bars. You get brave to them! Staff swoop your plates away if you take a rest between mouthfuls so guard them. 2 toasters (1 hidden in a corner) and you help yourself to everything, including drinks. Food quality and choice needs serious improvement. No cereal suitable for children unless they eat porridge or museli. Butter is a thick spread so toast is tough. No jam or chocolate spread offered. Vending machines cost 2€ per item

Not platinum hotel as TUI claim, food average and mostly cold or lack of specific items, pool bar closed during the day to clean the pipes?? could have been done when it closed, food better and fresher from the snack area behind the bar. Hire a car and expect to pay to park in the empty car park ... more

Not platinum hotel as TUI claim, food average and mostly cold or lack of specific items, pool bar closed during the day to clean the pipes?? could have been done when it closed, food better and fresher from the snack area behind the bar. Hire a car and expect to pay to park in the empty car park at 10 euros a day even though you might well have rented via reception, everyone parked on the road or grass verge outside the gated access. Don't pay for any room upgrades as the standard are as good, only do this if you want to listen to loud music by the pool. Always wanted to stay here, and ended up eating out nearly every night to get fresh hot food and a better selection of drinks, as the bars were so limited on what you could get, want water pay for it, want a decent coffee pay for it, and so much for local alcohol no Menorcan gin available for those who wanted a local Pomada. We love this island, but this was probably the worst visit we have had. Staff at reception though are very helpful, bit bullish at times, but generally pleasant to deal with.
