I'm a budget traveller so cost did sway me. We were given a clean, fifth floor room, twin beds and with air con which is essential in this hot town, Colombian digital cable TV (some in English). “Convenient, friendly, affordable”
This hotel was one of the few listed on-line that wasn't super expensive. it's very nice, it's reasonable, and it's located in the city center on a pedestrian mall, which means you have to walk half a block to catch a cab. “Cheap and Clean”
The hotel is centrally located in the city center. It has a bar and restaurant as well as a pool.
