From arrival to departure we felt that all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Special mention goes to Caroline on the front desk who went above and beyond helping us. Room : Positives - Very comfortable beds - No noise was heard from neighbouring rooms and we were even able to have our balcony doors open at night without listening to the thumping noise from The Arrow bar or Jokers (something we couldn't do when staying at neighbouring hotels) - Good air-con - Free safe (we booked thro the hotel direct, so not sure if it would be free otherwise) - Good / clear TV facing the bed. - High pressure shower over bath. - 2 bottles of water supplied and a personal note welcoming you to your room. Negatives - TV only had 2 English channels BBC1 / 2 - The shower is positioned central to the bath and is very difficult to not splash the floor when showering. - Lack of a kettle Food Positives - Breakfast / Evening meal were both well presented and of a higher standard than expected. - Tables have tablecloths and help to give a nice ambiance. - The waiting on staff were so attentive and hard working, rarely was a used plate left on your table for more than minute or two. - Proseco with breakfast was lovely. Negatives - I would have liked to have English bacon, rather than small slices with high fat content. Hotel in general - A very clean hotel in all areas, plenty of pool loungers available if arriving late. - Heated pool - Felt good returning there in the evening after a mad evening out in Benidorm, - Excellent staff.

“Manager Mercedes”

Mercedes look after us brilliantly when we had to cancel our stay at Christmas due to illness nothing was a bother for her, stayed in April and everything was faultless, brilliant staff, food was delicious, great variety all staff was very friendly, could not recommend this hotel more .

Yet again looked after as usual perfect location all staff are exceptional cannot fault this hotel one bit this is my 8th stay and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else every single member of staff look after you nothing is any trouble.

My fiance & I have stayed at this hotel since 2018 and its incredible. We are a young minded 50s couple with my fiance now disabled after stroke. the sloping gradient pool, as opposed to roman steps is easier to get in...and its heated! He is epileptic so getting into the pool is slightly worry... more

My fiance & I have stayed at this hotel since 2018 and its incredible. We are a young minded 50s couple with my fiance now disabled after stroke. the sloping gradient pool, as opposed to roman steps is easier to get in...and its heated! He is epileptic so getting into the pool is slightly worrying but the lifeguard is brilliant, always greeting us at the pool, informing us he'll be there for us if anything happens! Mercedes the manager cannot do enough for us. 10th April was our joint birthday and we had a bottle of fizz waiting in our room, just the same 2 years ago when we stayed. We usually stay in premium room but last week on our stay I asked Mercedes to show us a disabled room. She dropped everything and showed us one straight away and has already sent us a video of the newest one, giving us our options to upgrade this to premium. Mercedes has always been super approachable and there to resolve any problems immediately. The reception staff are lovely and all know us now. As for the room, its always spotless. The premium room we stay in has a huge bed and so comfortable with coffee machine. We go bed & breakfast. The breakfast is amazing with so much variety and the omelettes are cooked fresh. Coffee is the best! I look forward to returning here again this year. Its our home from home!
