The holiday started by being checked in by Miguel A’ngel great start all the facilities , food ,room (Gold Deluxe) fantastic views all the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble to them and always had plenty of time to talk to you I can’t fault the the hotel at all sadly when it was time to check out we were lucky enough to have Miguel again very easy and I’m sure we will return again as soon as possible

“Fabulous for all the family.”

Fabulous hotel, all the staff were happy and helpful. Our room was just wonderful, sea view and huge balcony. The bed was the best, Ive ever slept in. Fabulous hotel, all the staff were happy and helpful. Our room was just wonderful, sea view and huge balcony. The bed was the best, Ive ever slept in. Pools were fun, some unexpected musical additions like a Saxophone player joining the dj who plays non stop excellent music. If you want a five star experience with a side of music and glitz, here it is.

“Rock Royalty Heaven!”

We stayed in the Rock Royalty Studio Suite for 5 days in mid-May. Right from the front door, when the greeter realised we were rock royalty, they took our bags for us and led us to the rock royalty reception. We stayed in the Rock Royalty Studio Suite for 5 days in mid-May. Right from the front door, when the greeter realised we were rock royalty, they took our bags for us and led us to the rock royalty reception. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and poured us a glass of cava while they sorted our check in! We were added to a WhatsApp group where we could talk to our team directly from anywhere on the island! We were then given our wristbands and shown to our room. Our room was absolutely beautiful and even though we discovered the jacuzzi bath didn’t work properly in our room, the team could not have been more helpful. They offered us a new room and helped us move our belongings too.

“Hard Rock Tenerife”

Great to visit the Hard Rock again, the staff are great the hotel is clean with great facilities for all the family. My only issue if it counts is last time we were in Tower 2 floor 16 this visit we were in Tower 1 floor 7, the rooms are identical but you could see Tower 1 room was a little tired... more

Great to visit the Hard Rock again, the staff are great the hotel is clean with great facilities for all the family. My only issue if it counts is last time we were in Tower 2 floor 16 this visit we were in Tower 1 floor 7, the rooms are identical but you could see Tower 1 room was a little tired in places, still very clean just a few marks on the wall, shower shelf fell off could do with some paint touch ups. We still loved it with a plan to re-visit later on in the year.
