“Brilliant hotel”

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We stayed for 10 days and can't fault the hotel or particularly the staff who were all, without exception, courteous and helpful.

Outstanding location for us as we were looking for a totally relaxing few days, the Molins Hotel hit the spot in every respect. Staff, excellent in all departments, felt very welcome and well looked after. Restaurant, well above average for a buffet style service with nightly Al a carte additions and a competent grill chef available for requests fresh from the grill. Wines, a comprehensive list, sensibly priced backed up by a knowledgeable and helpful Semillon. Breakfast was equally as good, a huge offer, scrambled eggs, Smoked Salmon and Cavia for me most mornings :-). Plenty of loungers all with great sea views, decent pool and pool bar. Evening entertainment most nights (not too late) and a smashing bar and cocktails, staff made this special, everything with a smile. Already planning a return later this year. The local area is quiet, we enjoyed the two local bars for lunch on a couple of days, If your looking for nightlife outside of the Hotel there's really nothing doing, perfect for us as a retired couple, can't wait to return.

Everything about this hotel is first class, especially the lovely staff whose customer service skills are superb. I had 5 perfect days here being completely spoiled and loved every minute. Contemporary room, comfy bed, fab views and lots of peace and quiet. I was on a bed and breakfast basis but had dinner twice and the food was fantastic!!!. I have been put off HB/AI after a dreadful experience in Tenerife but I would certainly choose half board here, and wish i had as most of the restaurants were closed being a bit early in the season. It was sunny and warm 3 of my 5 days but I was not expecting wall to wall sunshine at this time of year, and the pool area was lovely as was the pool bar at lunch time. I didnt go in the pool as it was quite cold, but other guests did. Entertainment every evening was really good too. I booked an excursion through the hotel, to Soller and Valdemossa which was great value for money and reception booked a taxi for me to the pick up point, in Puerto Pollenca. I had a massage in the spa which was perfect. I will certainly be back as this hotel ticked all the boxes for me.

“Great location and views, let down by some strange rules.”

Lovely hotel in a great location with fantastic views. Breakfast buffet was quite good but spoiled by being allocated a table rather than being able to choose. Not sure what the benefit of this system is for anybody? We stayed the week before at the Grupotel Natural & Spa and were able to choose our table at all times. The pool bistro food was excellent and the staff at the Bistro were very nice, helpful and generally very good. Sadly, the outdoor pool was not heated and therefore hardly used which meant the indoor spa pool was constantly used by adults with small children and babies, which resulted in not being able to do any kind of swimming out o being busy and not being able to enjoy a spa like atmosphere due to the noise from the children (understandable as they could not go in the freezing outdoor pool). Poor pool management. Very unhappy at the Manager when it came to paying my bill. Nothing said about or asked about enjoying our stay, nothing said about anything. Just printed my bill and shoved it across the desk and waited for the card to be presented. Not a thank you or anything. He might have been there for 40 years, but he could do with an attitude change. This is not a 5 star hotel. The other Grupotel we stayed in was, but this is a 3 star at best.
