The staff here are excellent. They are so welcoming and polite. Tiscar, one of the waitresses, made my little girl feel like a queen when she took her baby doll down to dinner. She got her a high chair and played along with her. Tiscar was very attentive to her and her excellent customer service was appreciated by us as parents.

“Recommended for family holiday”

Cannot recommend highly enough ror a family holiday. We travelled in a group of 8: 7 adults (one of which has Down Syndrome) and a 3 year old, and 5 of us were All Inclusive. The staff were excellent - so friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and the family suites in particular are spacious enough. A good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the quality is better than your usual buffet. Just a heads up (not the hotel's fault at all), the pools outdoor can be quite cold this time of year, but there is 1 outdoor pool heated and another heated downstairs (indoors). Just a 10-15 min walk to beach or a short taxi ride.

This is an ok hotel for the area, rooms are pretty well appointed and fresh. The restaurant is good and although we didn’t use them, the pools look clean and well kept. The major problem they have at this time of year is perfectly fixable though - but they choose not to. The rooms are really stuffy and unacceptably warm, even though it’s barely 20 degrees outside. They refuse to put the air conditioning on until June which means you either have to bake at night or sleep with the balcony door open. This then exacerbates the second problem in the hotel which is it is very noisy - partly because the walls are very thin, partly because there’s screaming kids running around until midnight and partly because you are a stones throw from Salou party central. This meant 2/3 nights we had very poor sleep. If they would just put the air con on both problems could be solved! Their attitude is slightly smug about it when you ask - ‘why would you need aircon at this time of year? The answer is above. I must have heard 3/4 other families talking about the same problem either to staff or amongst themselves. I understand aircon must cost but surely paying guests should have the choice as to how to have the temperature in their own room, not dictated by hotel. In the end the most important part of a hotel stay is sleep quality and this was just really bad because of this…
