Hotel lovely and clean, we booked bed and breakfast, breakfast was well stocked with lovely food. Snack bar available but not much choice and wasn't very nice. Room was like a premier Inn room and was cleaned daily not very big but did the job for 5 nights. There was a TV English channels were poor, fridge, air con was poor not cold it actually heated the room. So we had to sleep with the door open which proved to be noisy. Free WiFi throughout, we had a poor view overlooking the indoor pool which was in the shade all day and quite chilly so we didn't get to use it. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Indoor pool, spa, and gym had to be paid for seperatly 15euros per person for 2 hours and had to booked in advance. Outdoor pool was freezing cold, so much so we didn't use it. All in all the hotel it's self was lovely, clean, and staff were very friendly.

The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, and reasonable prices at the bar. BUT that shouldn't be normal to have teenagers screaming on the balcony and in the hallway, and slamming doors at midnight. We had some ... more

The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, and reasonable prices at the bar. BUT that shouldn't be normal to have teenagers screaming on the balcony and in the hallway, and slamming doors at midnight. We had some sleep between 1-6am after long day trips. It's a shame as we were satisfied with the hotel and would go back again without this circus 🎪

It's hard to write this review as to be fair we had a nice time but only because of the families we met whilst we were there! We were mis sold this holiday....(I have made my thoughts clear to On the Beach) We arrived on 2nd April 2024 and left 9th April 2024 during our time here there was lots of school trips arriving and leaving the hotel..at night the noise in the corridors was too much on 2 occasions I had to get up at midnight to ask the children to stop the noise running around and slamming doors. There was no air con in the rooms, we were told this was because it was out of season but we were on the top floor and the heat was horrendous we slept with the balcony door open every night. No entertainment in the day no kids entertainment at night and absolutely no kids club!! In the 7 nights we were there we had 3 nights with "entertainment" but believe this is only put on at the weekend when the hotel is full with locals. The entertainment was a man stood at a pc with music, and one night with a lady singer who was brilliant. If me and my son didn't make connections with the other guests we wouldn't have had a good time. The resort itself is lovely, the beach is clean the streets are clean and I would visit Costa Brava again! The outdoor pool is not heated, the Indoor pool can not be used for under 16s, the indoor pool facilities are 15euros per person per day (which isn't consistently priced depends on which staff member serves you) I personally think it isn't worth it. Due to the season we were allowed to use the indoor pool free of charge for kids between 9-11am. The rooms are clean the hotel is clean, the maid service and bar staff are so polite and lovely couldn't ask for more! Some of the restaurant staff could use a little more customer service training. The snack bar is horrendous you can only have chips (which are cold) burger and hot dog. Nothing else of variety and no drinks machine by the snack bar. The snack bar food is not allowed to be eaten at the pool and you were chased down if you tried. No glass around the pool area unless the barman fancies you 🤣 a group of french women were allowed champagne and cocktails around the pool in glass. Again consistency is key!! We paid to upgrade to All inclusive but wish I didn't now, the food was very samey I can't think of anything I ate that I absolutely loved...lots of fish!! So if you don't like fish maybe think twice about going all inclusive. No ice cream in all inclusive which is a first for me!! Not all drinks and cocktails are in the all inclusive if you want something like a proper Pina colada (that isn't just juice) or a mojito and so on then it's classed as a premium cocktail and you were charged half the normal price which was 4euros. At 10am check out your all inclusive bands are cut from you and you can no longer use the facilities, which is when you receive the 10euros per band person back that is made to be paid on check in. To stay in your room it was 50euros but even in low season a couple of the guests were refused as the rooms were apparently too busy. So to round up we would come to Costa Brava again but we would NOT stay here....the holiday was still amazing because of the families we made friends with! Just some random tips for the hotel.... Please provide desert spoons on the table for dinner and please provide malt vinegar in the snack bar 🤣 and please allow people to sit where they like in the restaurant or please give some rhyme or reason to the positions you place people. We couldn't sit next to our friends at 7:30pm because the table had already been set up for breakfast 🤣

Just come back from here and not the best hotel or the worst it’s average! Here’s a few things about our holiday! Firstly checking in, we arrived at 11pm with young children no drinks available or even a snack! We were all inclusive and couldn’t even get water for the children (rude receptionist just kept saying all closed)all local shops closed but were told a pizza place open so they wanted us to walk at 11pm with a baby for pizza! Receptionist staff RUDE and unhelpful if you are English! You have to pay 10 euros per person when you arrive if you are all inclusive for what we don’t know! There was some sort of sports tournament so about 200 teenagers who were very noisy at night time. Food was nice and a variety, restaurant staff all moody again only if your English! Bar staff in main bar were all amazing very friendly and happy!!! Nothing for the kids to do the pool was FREEZING and have to pay to use the indoor one! No entertainment at all so abit boring. We had clean towels everyday but had to ask after day 5 to change our bed sheets, over all room was cleanish but there was a tissue and popcorn on the floor when we arrived and was still there after day 7! Overall we had a good holiday it was basic and not much at all for kids. Not sure if I would return or not to this hotel.
