We are in Flash Hotel at the moment and we really enjoy our holidays. After reading the reviews, we Decided to choose this hotel to celebrate the birthday of my friend. We requested a Birthday Pack from the hotel and we had the room perfectly decorated...the birthday cake (chocolate flavour) was amazing and very tasty...i recommend It to everyone try. The food in general is good with planty of choices. Our favourite is the asían night so we hope there're gonna be an other one while we are staying here. Hahahaha.

The food was absolutely fantastic. I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews before I went on holiday. I really don’t know what people expect, I found plenty of choices at every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The salad bar was amazing, always fresh. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the frying steak which was a bit tough, but it wasn’t the chiefs fault he cooked it just as I asked. One night there were whole large salmons that you slice off the amount you wanted, it was perfectly cooked as were the prawns and muscles. I give the food 4 stars. I was also concerned about what people said about long queues and tables full of dishes. I can honestly say I was only in a queue to enter the restaurant once for 5 minutes. Elvis the restaurant manager is lovely, always smiling. The restaurant staff worked so hard clearing tables and resetting them ready for the next people to sit down. They did smile if they made eye contact with you and you acknowledged them, but they were too busy doing their job to have a conversation with the dinners. (Which is fine) They were really hard working and I hope their manager appreciates how hard they work. The rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom was definitely ready for a make over such as new shower screen taps and shower. Ceiling also needed some work as what looked like a loft hatch wasn’t secure. However it was clean and there was fresh towels when required. I don’t think the rooms are a 4 star quality I would say more a 3 star. I did not feel the need to complain about our room because it was clean and that was important to me. The reception area and street bar were brilliant as was the swimming pool area, plenty of sun beds. It definitely looks like a 4star hotel from the front street. The flash hotel is in a perfect place, close to the beach and nightlife. I don’t normally do reviews but after seeing the negative ones I felt that I had too so that anyone looking to book here won’t be put off. We would stay here again if we were returning to Benidorm.

Came with a group of couples, all made room requests prior to arrival which were all granted. First impressions were good, room spacious and clean. We had a bath with powerful shower over. Location wise you are across from Morgan’s Tavern and adjacent to the Ambassador. We had no bother with noise from either outside or in, despite being opposite the lift. We could hear our neighbours in the shower but no big deal. Main issue in the room was the temperature. We were FREEZING. Whilst there is a control panel on the wall, it does nothing. Went to complain in reception to be told the aircon was centrally controlled and that the staff were cold too. Nothing could be done, so some nights we were cold when trying to get to sleep. The walls could also do with a good lick of paint - they’re heavily stained around the bed areas. You also can’t plug anything in around the dressing tables as the plugs are too low and blocked by the dresser. Food we found to be good with lots of choice. Shame about no free water but milk for a cuppa was located near the cereal. Both breakfast and evening meal had a good choice and we were always happy with what was on offer. Pool area was lovely and clean. Happy hour for drinks was 12-1. Pool was cold but it is April. Bar area at the front of the hotel was always really busy with a great atmosphere. Overall we were really happy with our stay, but wouldnt stay in winter if you cannot control your own room temperature.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I truly do not believe it should be a 4star s. 1: the rooms are not cleaned properly. Very disappointed with this hotel. I truly do not believe it should be a 4star s. 1: the rooms are not cleaned properly. We left an earring on the floor next to the bed, it was still there when we were leaving. 2: the food, very bland, not a lot of choice. Same food each day. The toasters and coffee machines not always turned on/not working. No milk jugs for those who have a cup of tea or coffee. Tables not cleaned or set properly. 3: paying for water at lunch/evening meals, 4: sun loungers in very poor repair. All beds sagged and dirty. 5; staff arrogant (not all). Only one staff member on in the dining room each morning. 6: when asked about keeping our room on, we were told to ask on the morning of departure. When asked was told no, they did not check. We will not be coming back to this hotel.
