“4 days stay”

The hotel it's amazing but unfortunately the jacuzzi took very long to be fixed and we had to call the butler service multiple times (to solve a simple problem, put the lid on the jacuzzi so we could fill it up). No one was able to solve the TV chromecast problem. Food and drinks were amazing such as the room and outdoor space.

“Mixed bag”

The good things 1st.hotel immaculate, staff very attentive.food amazing.ive never been to an all Inc where you get salmon or steak for lunch.theres 2 parts to the hotel and block 2 is where you can get food if you don't want to eat in the restaurant,it's does lovely burgers,chips etc. Now the bad You can book into the a la carte restaurants,however we kept being told they were fully booked,finally got in one night and it was almost empty.the food was such a disappointment too,tiny portions. The other thing that had a big impact on my sleep was the toilet light,if one of us got up to use it the sensor light came on and lit up the whole room,even if you closed the door the light still shone through the gaps. Getting served for drinks on an evening was a big problem,service very slow. Overall a pleasant stay and I would come back. One last thing is the only English TV channels are just the news

Second visit to this Hotel and won’t be back until service improves in certain areas. The property is lovely and the rooms are great but a poor overall experience apart from the restaurant which is excellent in all aspects including staff and food quaility. Check in staff were disinterested and our room wasn’t ready which was fine. I went back at 3pm to be told it still wasn’t ready ‘as the hotel was full last night’. Still no room or explanation at 4pm and left in reception for 20 minutes by the Manager. The only person who tried to help was a porter, I didn’t get his name but had gold thin rimmed glasses. He tried his best and just got blanked by the reception staff. Eventually got an upgraded room but could of been dealt with much better. The pool staff are rude and disinterested and do everything not to take your order, you literally have to walk up to them and stand in front of them. No option to get a drink from the bar as they are just making drinks for the limited pool staff and don’t acknowledge you are there so you feel stupid. Inside bar is better but way understaffed and the two guys just looked dead on their feet! Only positive is the restaurant - effecient, friendly staff and great food! Also had to chase housekeeping to clean our room. This place should and could be amazing but a lot of work to do.

generally the hotel was great, rooms were nice and clean and only a short walk to San Antonio, restaurants and food were very good, loads of options to chose from, one of the best I've experienced. pools were nice and had rear access to a local beach which was nice and fairly quiet with a local bar/snack shack. only thing that let it down was the service, several times I had ordered drinks and waited a very long time for them to arrive, on a few occasions they didn't arrive at all. a long wait for drinks in most bar areas, all of which I put down to low staff numbers, but this is no excuse, if I'm paying for a service I would expect it to be provided. also limited options on the TV too, mostly news channels although this is a very minor point! I would stay here again if the service issue has been sorted.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Sadly, a lot of things were not executed as they should be and for that reason we give it an average rating overall. The food was always cold despite being under lights or being brought out from the kitchen, things would run out & not being replenished (something as simple as semi-skimmed milk for cereal, none on three of the days I tried and we didn’t go to breakfast late), ordering drinks for them never to arrive or be given the wrong ones. Not enough foam cushions for all of the sun loungers making that hunt for the sunbed even harder - unless you were happy to be uncomfortable. Beds around the pool that were comfortable cost €100 per day!! No welcome drink on arrival yet everyone in front of us got one. Not told about the gym/spa facilities or how to book the restaurants or about any available activities yet we saw people doing Yoga?. Mini bar never replenished but we were offered 15mins before check out if we needed it doing. Very little to no service around the pool for drinks as it was always ‘ask my colleague’ or I will be back in one minute never to return again. Entertainment around the pool was not till approx 16:00 which I found a bit late in the day, people are leaving soon after to get ready for dinner. Given towels for two full days only to be told on the third I needed a towel card from reception and refused a towel after we had waited half an hour (as they ran out at 9am) only for my partner to walk straight up two minutes later and be given two, just no consistency. We had a nice stay and I have stayed in worse places, but for the money and comparing it to other all inclusive hotels I have stayed at this one gets 3/5.
