We stayed in one of Casa Felipa's apartments in early January 2026, and the experience was positive in every way. We were a group of four (including a child), and our apartment had two bedrooms with double beds. The two bedrooms were small, but not cramped like some can be. The bathroom was equipped with new appliances, as was the rather spacious kitchen. The living room, directly connected to the kitchen, had a large sofa, a coffee table, and a table large enough for four people to eat. The biggest plus is the neighborhood where the apartment is located. Carrer de la Creu Coberta seemed to me to be one of the liveliest shopping streets in all of Barcelona, ​​with shops of all kinds (including the Hostafrancs market), supermarkets, restaurants, and eateries offering takeout. On weekends, the street is also pedestrianized. Plaza de Espanya — Barcelona's public transportation hub — is a 5-minute walk away, and Sants main station is 900 meters away. The price for four people and six nights was €1,300 (excluding tourist tax). Not a small amount, but apparently normal for Barcelona.
