“Parking is terrible but some of the staff go the extra mile for returning guests”

Visited to use the meeting room all weekend…… I would give a 5 except the parking was simply not good and my colleague and I both ended up parking far in the back. People were parked unsafe and blocking other cars in…..too many parked and. It enough spaces However I give a 5 star to the employees that are always most helpful at the top are T banquets a triple 5 star to JB and Martin … Mera and Crystal at the front t desk just shine every single time…. We both agreed on the last few visits the outstanding employees for helping our team are JB Martin and Mera….. I’m sure I’m forgetting some but these 3 are the best and we thank you ……

We have stayed at this property many times over the years. It's in a good location near the airport and we like the layout of Embassy rooms. There were good and bad parts of our stay. First the good: check in was easy and the front desk staff are very nice, our room was clean and it looked like some things had been recently updated, the bed was comfortable. Now the issues. Housekeeping service needs improvement. The shower in our room had almost no water pressure.....this had to be noticed by a housekeeper and should have been reported. It was fixed after I notified the front desk. We were told that rooms are cleaned daily without needing to request. After our first night, we left the room at 10 am and weren't back until after 9 pm.....the room wasn't cleaned. I made multiple requests and it was cleaned after our second night. Weekends are very crowded with both room stays and events. It's evident that many more people are occupying some rooms than are registered. There is increased security, which is good, but they need to get better control of this. We could barely get a parking place on Saturday night. Due to the crowds, breakfast is very chaotic on weekends. Staff seem to be trying but can't keep up. The food area was very messy. They were checking guest registration but it was clear that some people were taking out enough food to feed multiple people. Monday morning was better. It would be nice if the preliminary bill could be emailed before checkout...it's much easier to review. Hopefully, these issues can be resolved. They probably need to increase staffing.
