As soon as you step into the hotel you are greeted by a fantastic sea view and loverly hotel staff. Also the welcome drink was a big hit. Our room like all rooms had a sea view . It was small and a little tired but the air con worked great and there was always a hot shower unlike some hotels we have stayed in. It was loverly sitting out in the evening listening to the waves. Although the outside seats could do with being updating. The breakfasts were amazing the best we have ever had and we have been holidaying abroad for many years now. The pools looked nice but we did not like the beds being so close together so did not use. Reception staff were so helpful when we wanted to book a trip and supplied us with many bus timetables. The buses are so easy to navigate. We ate out most nights at different places, if you look you can find some good deals. Drink prices were reasonable at the hotel and entertainment good. All in all a wonderful hotel for people like us who like to get around and see the island or just go all inclusive and rest. Thanks for a loverly stay

A big thank you to all the managers and all staff!! Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. We are having a lovely relaxing holiday! Sun beds on our terrace were an extra bonus. The hotel is so efficiently run and the restaurant has a wide selection, varied regularly. Christian is great, ensuring all the entertainment is fun, inclusive and so well organised. We leave on Wednesday and we have really appreciated everyone contributing to our lovely stay! Anne & John

Lovely hotel, great views, fantastic staff, and gorgeous food! Great eating experience for vegetarians and other eating preferences. All inclusive drinks are acceptable. Windy around the pool, due to its position. Not easy way to enter the sea. Entertainment wasn't too good, only enjoyed one night. You can't please everyone. We all have different tastes. There are some maintenance issues that need addressing, missing paint, and cracked tiles around the pool. Sunbeds are comfy and of good quality 👌 lovely not to see the mad pre 7am rush to reserve them. That did happen occasionally, but not early mornings. I was disappointed the dress code wasn't enforced. I don't like to see folk wearing beach and gym clothing in the dining room. I would recommend the hotel bit wouldn't return to the resort. It was run down, poorly maintained, and not as stylish as the hotel itself.

The description of the Junior Suite was incorrect on Jet2 website . Balcony was very odd- split in half by a stone wall with one sunbed rammed into one half with no possibility of changing position. On the other half there was just enough space for two chairs and a table. The balcony had a roof and was always in the shade. Good reception area, nice pool and plenty of sunloungers by the pool. Staff were mostly friendly and polite with the exception of one waiter who wouldn't let us have the wine we had chosen until a colleague intervened. Twice I found hair in my food- no apology when shown to waiters. Very few gluten and dairy free options. Food was very repetitive and lunch selection was very limited and often lukewarm. Setting of the hotel is good but there isn't a beach directly outside.
