This is a great choice when skiing at Tremblant. Located in the pedestrian village, this hotel is a short walk up a steep hill to the lifts on the South side, or you could take the open-air lift at the bottom of the hill. Our room was a 1 BR unit that was super clean, modern and spacious. It also had a balcony that served as a great spot for a beer at the end of the day. The village itself has a ton of restaurants and shops and it has a distinct European feel. The hotel is right in the village. Can’t put a price tag on that sort of location. On the “con” side: the breakfast was a bit lackluster (but the coffee was great!). I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t an outdoor heated pool. Hot tub was a bit on the small side. The parking garage has a very prohibitive height restriction, so if you own an SUV with a Thule-type cargo carrier, it’ll be a huge risk to try and park in the hotel’s garage. We opted for the open air lot which is only a 3 minute walk away. All in all, a great spot. Would definitely stay here again!

“Met our needs, but bring ear plugs”

By the time we booked for the week between Christmas and New Year’s, there weren’t many hotels available. We wanted to be in the village, so we reserved a queen suite here. A few thoughts…. PROS: Suite was perfect for us and quite large. We had a separate queen bedroom and our daughter was on the sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen with adjacent dining area with a table and four chairs. Nice fireplace. Big bathroom. There was a complimentary hot breakfast downstairs everyday, although it was super crowded. We were happy to just grab coffee and anything else, but go back up to our suite to eat (where we already had brought a lot of our own breakfast items anyway). It seemed like they always had plenty of workers to keep an eye on the buffet and refill items quickly. We kept our ski stuff in our car in the underground garage, given it was heated. I guess we could have sorted out the locker thing and it would have been easier, but we never did. Luckily, a friend warned us to not bring our car top carrier (we watched others have to remove from their cars because the clearance is so low they won’t fit). CONS: The walls here are paper thin. We could hear the people in the room next door talking, coughing, etc. It seemed like kids were running through every floor of the hotel at all hours. It was crazy loud. The hotel also seemed understaffed at times. The team was friendly, but there was only one person at the front desk when we checked in late and we had to wait in a lengthy line. We had a suite, but for some reason it was only outfitted with two bath towels and we had to pick up more. The hotel is across the street from the cabriolet gondola up to the main gondola/lifts. There wasn’t a line in the morning, but the lines in the afternoon to return were so long that we just walked back every day. It was manageable with our 9yo. About a 6-7 min walk, but she did grumble about it a bit. Overall, this hotel met our needs for our first trip here, but if we went back to Tremblant again, I’d probably try to book at the Westin since it’s at the top of the village.

“Great location but tired and old”

Central location. Pool is heated, very nice. But I saw ducks near the pool. Many leaves in the pool. The rooms are dark. The verandah not very clean. The carpet is very old. Needs to be badly refurbished. But the location is central. Parking has low ceiling so beware if your car has Thulle on top... more
