I went with little expectations and left pleasantly surprised. The hotel is fantastic. It’s is spotless, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There’s everything on-site you could possibly need..a well stocked supermarket, bars, restaurants, salon, doctor! The pool area is huge and people often reserve beds from early on, but staff will help you find beds if you can’t get a spot. The hotel is a bit away from the main action but has fantastic restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, etc across the road and within 5 min walk. Further places are easily accessible with the bus right outside and very cheap. Food in the hotel was not fab, it’s what you can expect from a hotel that offers all inclusive, but fab restaurants very close by and even nicer ones in the marina. The staff were all lovely, accommodating and friendly. Kids entertainment looked like great fun. I travelled with young baby but look forward to returning when he’s a bit bigger. The lifts are a bit painful, you can be waiting and visit every floor on the way to yours, but avoid using the main ones and it’s a lot easier! When booking, I recommend requesting room away from bars. We were placed right next to main bar and the noise was shocking but we were moved immediately with no questions asked. We stayed in 1 bed apartment. It’s small but functional. Kitchen has everything you’d possibly need, smart TV, big wardrobe with suitcase storage, drawers. Bedroom is very small, with sliding doors to sitting room. We put baby in sitting room and was not an issue. Sea view was exceptional. It’s a busy family hotel, the pools are busy, it’s full of life. If you want a quiet holiday, maybe not the place for you!

“Lively resort”

The resort is a good resort for families but don’t book if expecting peace and quiet. Plenty of entertainment supplied.

Stayed for a week and want to give a fair but honest review. Had heard great things about this hotel but probably not the right hotel for me and my family but can see how some would love it aswell. Positives: Cleaning of hotel is a very high standard and this stands put, spotless. Cleaning ladies and maintenance team are excellent at their job. Lady working in excursion desk is very helpful and knowledgeable, worth talking to her about any day trips. Shop on site is handy for the convenient shop and little pizzas and fresh bread are lovely. Dia across the road behind Burger King is very reasonable though so worth doing your 'big' shop there. Check in and check out is quick and efficient, lots of staff Views from the bar are lovely, happy hour is the best time to drink there as 2 for 1 (cocktails not included). Taxis outside the door of the hotel always, so handy. If your a group of more than 4, download uber and book taxis this way so reliable as hard to get a people carrier taxi and not always a taxi rank available. Staff - all round, lovely Negatives Pool area - well maintained and pool bar is nice and handy but the sunbed situation is not good, we didn't realise that everyone goes down early to hold a bed with a towel. We arrived down at 10.30 and there was very few people around but no beds as all reserved with a towel? Very frustrating and noone monitoring them. Should have a ticket system whereby if a bed is left unattended with a towel more than 60 mins, it should be removed or a deposit system. Restaurant/bar on site - much better outside (go right) and there is a few lovely ones within a 5 min walk. Drink in the bar is very expensive compared to local spots! Entertainment- poolside is good but lots of people so very busy if you have a more reserved/shy child. Nighttime in moonlight bar is more tailored to adults, personally I would prefer dances and songs for kids but that's just my opinion WiFi - functions but not great, have to keep relogging back in too. QR code would be easier. Smoking on site - there was a smell of weed at pool, in bar, in corriders etc... very regularly!! Lots of people smoking around the pool too, definitely need lots more signs to say this is not permitted Pool - 2 x pools side by side and baby pool. Very busy in all pools as hotel is huge and small pool area for capacity. 1 x pool has a depth of 1.20 for about 1/3 of it and rest of pools deeper so beware if your child can't swim. Room - the first room we were given was awful. It was in a dungeon... not an exaggeration either! No light at all and area where we could sit out was filthy and people above kept flicking their cigarettes down onto us.... disgusting. We requested a change of room due to this and had to pay an extra charge. Excursions Cable cart, worth a trip. Croc Park- good. Zoo - very small and expensive but is nice. Aqualand - way over priced and food on site so expensive. Closes at 5pm too. Costly trip. All in, holiday was ok but we personally wouldn't return to this hotel. It is very clean and looks nice but just not for us. We had been to Cambrils Park a few times and Sol Timor/Sol House and felt these suit our needs better.

The entrance to the hotel was lovely, smelt wonderful and we were really pleased, then we went to the room ..... completely different, looked like something out of the 1970's! Tiny kitchen but adequate, the oven light stayed on all the time. Tiny bathroom but again adequate but the toilet seat was chipped, the bath looked like it had filler on the base. The bedroom was the worst - up a 6" step into a windowless area with 2 single beds that were HORRENDOUS, my partner slept on the sofa (which was actually a sofa bed) and said to me 'how on earth have you slept on that bed for 6 nights?' There was a strip of LED lights on the top of the step leading from the bedroom area, most of it was covered over with warning black and yellow tape but a length of about 8" was left to glare out at night! The bedroom area was closed off by some 'sliding' louvred doors. There was a table with 4 chairs which were by the opening to the bedroom in the living area and we had to move a chair to make it more accessible. In this living area was the sofa bed, coffee table, consol table, another unit with tv on and a door into a cupboard with drawers/hangers etc. The sofa bed was very worn looking and very uncomfortable aswell. There was a balcony with a small table and 4 chairs which was fine, our room overlooked the road but i suppose someone has to. We were RCI exchange so not sure if other rooms are better. We didnt eat in the main restaurant but did eat in the outside restaurant called La Terraza which was nice, the main bar area was nice but very crowded, there were so many children there, most families seemed to be Irish and apparently they can take their children out of school for 20 days without getting a fine one of the parents informed me when i asked if Half Term was different than that in the UK. The 2 pools were crowded with children so the beach was the better option each day as it wasnt great to get a sunbed! Pool towels are E10 deposit and you get all your money back when you return it, if you want to swap for a clean one then you pay E1 each time which is a good service. There is a great little shop on the 1st floor (which is like the ground floor as the pools are on this levl aswell) which is the pool level, its has everything you need including a bakery selling fresh baguettes, bread and croissants etc.
