“Excellent hotel”

We booked for a seven night family holiday and opted for full board basis. We had a side sea view room on 10th floor, which was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, lots of variety at each meal and couldn’t fault the staff who made us feel very welcome. By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in at Benidorm as the location on Levante beach was breathtaking.

“Wonderful Hotel, book, you will not regret it ”

Just arrived home from this holisay. The Hotel Cimbel is excellent. We stayed in a sea view room , the views are stunning. The room is cleaned every day, free mini bar, replenished daily. Beds are very comfortable. Shower is excellent. The breakfast was great. No cold food as we had read in previous reviews. Overall excellent, we can't wait to go back again.

“Lovely staff, lovely hotel”

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, it was lovely then but it’s fantastic now. Pros Staff very helpful, always happy. Would like to mention Lacrima in the restaurant, every morning she was happy, smiling, and helpful. Her happy morning welcome is really lovely! Breakfast was delicious. Location is great, our room was lovely. We stayed in room 104 which was a pool room and not having to worry about getting a sunbed in the morning was a real luxury. Rooms decorated beautifully and always kept clean daily by the maids. Great products in the bathroom, and in the room there’s a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer and a safe. Cons As lovely as our pool room was there is a real lack of privacy. People on the strip stand and look up, often taking photos or video so it feels a bit like being in a goldfish bowl. There’s also no privacy from your neighbours. That’s ok if they are nice (lady next door to us was lovely) but the other side were noisy and often had ‘mini parties’ There’s a Bluetooth speaker in the rooms which they took full advantage of. Loudly at times. After the third night of this (first couple of nights we didn’t want any confrontation) we went down to reception and asked them to resolve this which they happily did. (The neighbours music and partying was so loud we had to go out as we couldn’t even have a conversation in our room without having to shout to hear each other!) But it did happen again a few nights later. There’s a sign on the balcony which says only people registered to the room can use the room, this didn’t seem to matter to them and again, as there’s only a little barrier between the rooms, the lack of privacy when there’s 6 or 7 people in the pool/using the balcony wasn’t nice. Would definitely stay again though, it was just bad luck to have bad neighbours!

Stayed as a group of 9. Rooms set up as two singles and a double sofa bed. Towels changed daily. Brilliant location for the strip and Old Town Staff very friendly. Chilled vibe during the day. Drinks expensive for the area but still cheaper than the UK. Walking up and down the beach this is obviously the nicest hotel in the area. Would happily stay here again as a group as all were catered for here.
