“Modern and Everything Works”

A nice newer hotel next to a shopping center and grocery store. This is the second City Express I have stayed in in Mexico and the quality is consistent. This hotel is on the north side of town and is a 10 to 30 minute Uber to the historic district depending on the time of day and traffic.

Jest blisko do supermarketu i kilka restauracji (mniej niż 500 metrów).

Overall, I´d say the hotel is nice, pleasant and worth staying at as we found it clean and well-equipped. Overall, I´d say the hotel is nice, pleasant and worth staying at as we found it clean and well-equipped. We also noticed that they´re making an effort to be environmentally friendly by informing guests about the water consumption of showers, toilets, etc. However, it wasn´t nice depending on the AC for ventilation as windows can´t be opened (first area of opportunity) and breakfast could have included a greater variety of drinks and meals (second area of opportunity).

So if you don't speak Spanish, good luck with the staff. The phone system doesn't work. The kitchen is poorly designed as in the water from the faucet lands on the counter and the refridgerator is set to where one must squeeze between the open door and a protruding wall. The kitchen is poorly designed as in the water from the faucet lands on the counter and the refridgerator is set to where one must squeeze between the open door and a protruding wall. What hotel does NOT have washcloths? While the staff is friendly, they are quite slow to respond to requests, if at all.
