Where do I start The walk to the reception is lovely. Once inside it is just beautiful. Receptionists are very friendly and professional. Ground staff out each day cleaning the paths around the hotel complex We where on floor three. The room was okay and cleaned daily by hard working staff. The restaurant can be very busy at times and the food is just lovely. There are shops five minutes walk which is handy. If you want to go across the bay you can catch the taxi ferry and it'll cost each person five euros. There is a sunset terrace on top with a bar but you have to be a Premier guest to use it but its worth it. Brilliant for kids with safe pools and entertainment for them. It was nice to see a cross section of guests there Ibiza isn't all about the clubbing. NOW TO SUMMERISE..... SUPERB FOOD SUPERB HOTEL HARD WORKING STAFF THAT AZULINE SHOULD BE PROUD OF. Last but not least.... Look out for the small lizards that seem to be everywhere... They are fun to watch.

“May 2024 Girls Trip”

Just returned from 7 night stay here with 3 friends all inclusive. Fantastic value for money hotel . The hotel was clean and in a nice quiet location - but not far from all the major nightlife. Lovely 20 min walk into centre or u can easily get a taxi in for 7 euros. Rooms good size with balcon... more

Just returned from 7 night stay here with 3 friends all inclusive. Fantastic value for money hotel . The hotel was clean and in a nice quiet location - but not far from all the major nightlife. Lovely 20 min walk into centre or u can easily get a taxi in for 7 euros. Rooms good size with balcony, fresh towels when needed. Big bonus for us was the adults only pool- peaceful and always got Sunbeds . David at the bar , and all the bar staff were excellent . Lovely drinks - everything we wanted. Even made us up a baby Guiness which was huge. Restaurant staff equally as good with special mentions for Jorge and Lorena. Food very good . Fresh fruit and salads. Bread,soup , pasta with sauce , chips and kids stuff. Always had several different meat dishes and a fish one . Different veg and potatoes. Theme nights (Mexican, Chinese ) all lovely. Was so much better than I expected from a 3 star. The only negative was that the walls were thin so could be noisy . Always have earplugs with me so not a problem Would definitely stay here again. Had a fabulous time

“Average hotel.”

Very average, the hotel rooms are 100%. Not premium & could do with a refresh. The room was small with 2 double beds pushed together which left little space in the room to move. Unless you book with TUI or Jet 2 you are given a basic AIl inclusive band and not allowed access to the premium drink... more

Very average, the hotel rooms are 100%. Not premium & could do with a refresh. The room was small with 2 double beds pushed together which left little space in the room to move. Unless you book with TUI or Jet 2 you are given a basic AIl inclusive band and not allowed access to the premium drink and roof top terrace bar which I thought was bad, also you weren’t. Offered the hotel pool towels. The staff were friendly and the food was okay. The location was good and just a short stroll in to the town and to the beach.

“Very disappointed by our hotel room. No way can it be described as a premium room!”

We were dropped off by our jet2 transfer in a street some distance away, so we had to walk to the hotel with our suitcases. We were dropped off by our jet2 transfer in a street some distance away, so we had to walk to the hotel with our suitcases. The check in experience was quick, and we made our way up to our room on the second floor using one of the two lifts. The Room was billed as a Premium Double room. It was definitely not! The room was very basic, not premium by any means. The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was a tv in the room, however for the first time in over 20 years of holidaying in Europe, I did not have access to a single English channel, Spanish, German, even Belgian yes, but no English channel . I reply this 3 times to reception, each time I was assured that the hotel ,'technician' would sort the problem out. No such thing happened. The bathroom door had been repaired ( looked like someone had punched a hole on it?),and there were broken floor tiles on the room.Anyhow, onto the pluses- The food was very good, always a good choice, whether it be various delicious salads, or a good selection of hot meals . The snack bar at the main pool was excellent, burgers,hot dogs, pizza ,chips, onion rings all freshly made. Also a good selection of ice creams. The bar staff were friendly and efficient, an the cleaners hard working. The pools- The main pool had music and entertainment throughout the day and evening, for children and adults alike,and the adult pool was the other option. The hotel had a good mix of guests- couples, families, older adults. Unfortunately though,the hotel seems popular with groups of young lads, whose behaviour was quite bad, rowdy and swearing both in the adult pool and even in the restaurant.
