“Store placering”

Placeringen er fantastisk til at gå rundt i byens centrum. Gratis parkering i partiet er også godt. Vores værelse havde en flot udsigt over søen. Morgenmaden er ikke stor, men det er OK. Vi havde et stort værelse med to enkeltsenge og en dobbelt, som er godt for familier. Samlet vil jeg anbefale.

The hotel is situated on a very good spot but it can be a bit noisy (but hey, you are in a city center). Room size is ok. Baths in bathroom. Internet is pretty ok. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff is very friendly. Hotel has own parking so good if you come with your (rental) car.

We checked in to a warm welcome with recommendations for coffee while our room wasn't ready. The receptionist promised to message us if it became available earlier. We returned at 2:40pm and were made to wait until 3pm after her shift change. It appears the lady on reception couldn't be bothered to check us in during her shift. Ignacio, however, was kind and helpful. The room was cleaned well, but the greying pillow slips and complete absence of pillow protectors or mattress protector are incredibly unhygienic and require immediate attention. The rooms at the front are incredibly noisy, as the hotel is situated on a busy through road. There are community bins directly outside the hotel, and when emptied, the smell that fills the room is vomit inducing. The lift was out of order for all three nights of our stay, and the constant noise of guests using the stairs further disrupted any possibility of rest. Additionally, the curtains were broken and allowed light to flood the room. Breakfast is beyond basic and sits out from 7am onward—warm milk, warm juice, warm water, and dry, crusty cakes are among the meager offerings. Upon checkout, we were charged 10,000 ARS for a dirtied towel. While we had no objection to paying for damages, this feels incredibly exploitative given that the towels and linens are not of the greatest quality to begin with. Hopefully they'll invest in pillow protectors with the proceeds.
