Lovely little hotel nice and quiet. 10 minutes walk to old or new town staff all helpful.Cleaning ladies are a credit to hotel. Will definitely try to book here again when we return to Benidorm 👌 Only little criticism,it was our ruby wedding anniversary,although the travel agent let them know this when I asked at the desk they said I had to pay for a bottle of bubbly . Would have been a great gesture from management to gift one not everyone celebrates this many years

Hotel is in a great location to enjoy all of Benidorm. Daytime reception staff could be a bit friendlier/welcoming, all other staff pleasant and friendly. Hotel is in a great location to enjoy all of Benidorm. Daytime reception staff could be a bit friendlier/welcoming, all other staff pleasant and friendly. Some road noise from street cleaners in the early hours which I guess is the downside of having a sea view. Evening meal was delicious and a wide variety to choose from in the morning.

expected great results from this hotel and feel a bit let down tbh rooms are really showing age broken bits n bobs tiles latches etc bed was really comfortable and is a true double mattress location is great looking out over the pedestrian area the single road going through it is very noisy at times once in the room with doors shut it is not noticeable but if you like to sit on the balcony it can be a bit off putting the breakfast buffet is small and a few times it was cold and we were the first in there rooftop pool area is very nice good view the lifts are extremely slow and very small the biggest issue really was i didn’t realise they allow all male and female group booking so had a lot of very loud music at all hours with lots of screaming shouting between rooms. half the staff work very hard making up for the other half

Let’s start with the positives, Great location, staff very friendly, Hotel very clean, choice of having your room cleaned every day if you wish & clean towels, safety deposit box €4 per day, we had the half board option breakfast very good plenty of choice and dinner was also good with plenty to choose from the menu. The main negative we have is the noise the walls are very thin (we could hear people snoring in the room next door) furniture being moved around like a scratching noise along the floors and then the stag & Hen party’s very noisy no respect for anyone else staying at the hotel a group of about 20 blokes turned up while we was there and every night we had screaming and shouting down the corridors at all hours throughout the night! We stayed in March which is out of season so i dread to think what the noise would be like “in season” this is the only negative we have but is a big one when you don’t get a decent nights sleep for 7 nights even with ear plugs in!! and this is the only reason why we wouldn’t return
