Our stay at Leeds arena was amazing couldn't have been any closer to the stadium ,the parking was off site but again couldn't have been any closer and was easy to find the hotel .the staff were very friendly and there was a lady on the morning when we had breakfast couldn't have gone out of her way anymore to help people I'm so sorry but didn't get her name ,breakfast was lovely and the rooms were nice and clean couldn't have asked for a better hotel for location( close to city centre too) and

“Comfy but air conditioning needs work”

Location was amazing for the concert across the road. Was very hard to shut doors quietly and could hear other people shutting their doors. Room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. Location was amazing for the concert across the road. Was very hard to shut doors quietly and could hear other people shutting their doors. Room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The air conditioning is just a vent which blows out air rather than air conditioning which is advertised. I chose the premier plus for this reason and being on the top floor with no windows to open due to safety features was not great as it quite quickly got hot. A member of staff helped me check in once she saw I was struggling and came over without being asked which was wonderful. Toilet roll was half empty when I first arrived and no spares available in the room. Shower was amazing and so was the provided shower gels.

“Premier Inn, Book a lot of stays with your and you let me down , badly”

Booked the Premier Inn as my friend and I were seeing Rick Ashley on 19 April 2026 at Leeds Arena, just across the rood, so convenient. Whenever Im in Britain always use Premier Inn because of it good quality for a fair price and you know what to expect. After check in and booking a table for 6 pm (noted on the sheet there were 3 table booking at half hour intervals -hold that thought - we went to our which which did not disappoint, clean and airy, bathroom was clean and fresh and modern. We wandered down at 5.45 for dinner but advised that we could not enter the dining room until our alloted time - fair enough We order our meals at around 6.10 as we were aware we wanted to be at the arena in plenty of time. We ordered a steak and a burger - not complicated or time consuming dishes to prepare. at 6.30 we asked how long our meals would take to arrive -no reply and we noticed other couples were betting frustrated at the length of time their food was taking to arrive. At 645 we said that we needed to leave at 7 ish so could she tell us how long we would be waiting. 10 minutes later our food arrived. It was not piping hot, my peas showed signs of having been under a heat lamp - shrivelled up and no mushroom - it was only palatable. We asked if we could have our sweets but even those were delayed - semi-freddo - surely just decanted from a box or mould - no!!! so we were given those on our return from the concert at 11 pm!!! Many patrons in the restaurant were very angry as their meals were taking so long to arrive. I am very disappointed as this has been the worst experience that I have had with Premier Inn and I spend a lot of money with them through out the year. I would like some sort of explanation as to why a chef, whose job it is to produce uncomplicated food took so long to prepare such simple meals when he only had 3 covers every 30 minutes.
