Stayed in Apartment 12, on the top floor of this five storey building, well located at 129 High Street on the Royal Mile. The apartment was perfect, clean, well equipped and couldn’t fault it in any way! Two spacious, comfortable bedrooms with amazing beds and complimentary toiletries too. One bedroom was en-suite and there was also a great family bathroom too. Living, kitchen and dining areas were cosy and looked out in to a small balcony and amazing views over to Calton hill. Immaculately clean and highly recommended! Thank you!

Just had a fantastic weekend away with my partner, and our son. On arrival, where surprised our son, he was over the moon when he realised the 5th floor trip to a supposed restaurant, was in fact our weekend apartment. This place's pictures don't do it justice. The living area, which is open plan, and leads on to the cracking balcony, was perfect. The centre island cooking was a hit, and my partner is now demanding the same in any future home. Both bedrooms, easily take 4 adults, have beautiful touches, and the furniture is very retro, and at the same time, very modern. The en-suite is gorgeous, and their is a separate family bathroom too. Lots of easy information to hand, whether it be the wi-fi code, on the inner side of the front door, or the handy instructions for the hob tobs, and ovens, which I was able to work out without having to refer to the instructions. One criticism - Would have appreciated Sky channels on tv. There is netflix if you have an account with Netflix all ready, other than that is has to be freeview instead. Would I go again? Definitely. And possibly as early as next month, with friends this time, instead of the wee fella. Ideal for couples, that view, perfect for friends/partners (4 adults will feel totally chilled, soo much space, family, and if doing business in our beautiful capital, you will feel well chilled, and relaxed after all that day of business. Not often I would give a place 10/10. This place I give 10/10.

A közelmúltban itt maradtak, és az apartmanok lenyűgözően modern, tiszta pénzt érnek, és közvetlenül a királyi mérföldön élvezték a tartózkodásomat, kivéve a hálószobában levő tv-t, mert a fények sem a tusfürdő törülközői voltak, a közeli zaj pedig mindent meghallhat, amikor azt mondja, hogy csende… Více

A közelmúltban itt maradtak, és az apartmanok lenyűgözően modern, tiszta pénzt érnek, és közvetlenül a királyi mérföldön élvezték a tartózkodásomat, kivéve a hálószobában levő tv-t, mert a fények sem a tusfürdő törülközői voltak, a közeli zaj pedig mindent meghallhat, amikor azt mondja, hogy csendes, hogy a fűtés nem maradt teljes tartózkodás alatt, és észrevettem, hogy van egy üdvözlő csomag, bár soha nem fogadtuk el, hogy esszenciális tejet, teáscsészeket, kenyeret stb. kell vásárolnunk, nem pedig hatalmas dolgokat, de ez az, amit fizet mindazt a pénzt. Mindezt e-mailben elküldtem a tulajdonosnak, és most 2 héttel később vagyok, válasz nélkül. . . . . . ott az ügyfélszolgálat sokkoló.

a well appointed 3 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location, well stocked with quality kitchenware and spotlessly clean. I would give this a 5* except even though it was a cool and wet 15c outside, inside the apartment was hot even with the the heating down at its lowest, also one of the rooms was a little noisy at night, otherwise a quality spacious appointment that was light and contemporary
