“Incredible”
The location was great and the room was clean and spacious the bed was incredible. Haven't slept so well in years. I would 100% stay here again amd already looking into planning my next visit next year and will be staying at this location again.

“Great place to stay lovely staff”
Lovely hotel with amazing reception team of Mo and Kev Room very clean and nothing to much for staff, loads of parking and will be staying again

“Warm welcome to Liverpool”
Arrived after long delays crossing from Yorkshire to a very warm Liverpudlian welcome. Staff could not have been more helpful on this our first visit to the city. Slept well and enjoyed a long leisurely breakfast before days activity.

“Rats”
Typical premier inn, no issues with the hotel itself, however, there is a rat infestation. We arrived back to the hotel with quite a few of them running around the car park.
