“so comfortable!!!!”
This hotel is such a relaxing place to stay. So close to everything. Park, stay and walk Vancouver. Room is very well laid out. So many perks!! Coupon to use in spa or restaurant. Would totally recommend the restaurant (C Prime).

“Lovely place, lovely people”
In Sept 2017 I visited for about 7 days and the experience qas a very nice one. It is walking distance to the water and the lovely green areas, shops and restaurants! “Will miss this hotel”
Always tried to stay here when visiting Vancouver. Now I know why money was not spent improving it over the last few years - closing. I found the staff always friendly and helpful, food and pub good. Possibly the best hotel in this part of English Bay with no replacement. Will be missed.

“Spring break family stay”
Not the best hotel rooms in terms of modern amenities or decor and it had a few cleanliness issues but it was convenient and easy to get to the water and go for a nice little walk. “Somewhat dated and a little tired. You need a high level floor to get any view.”
Room was OK but the decor was tired and dated. Didn't eat there as didn't inspire us (even breakfast) but plenty of good independent places nearby. Overall a good location for Stanley Park and the NW bays and not too far from downtown to walk.
