“Will definately stay again”

Check in was seamless and staff were really helpful. Rooms were spacious clean and wonderfully quiet. Location was convenient for transport, casino and south bank. Best night sleep ever in central Melbourne.

The staff on check in and check out were very helpfull. The room was very clean and had all the facilities you required to make our stay cumfortable. The king bed was cumfortable. It was in a great location and was very happy with the hotel security system they had in place.

We had a one bed apartment with a small but well equipped kitchen area. Lovely big bed and very comfortable, but the noise from the trains is awful. We had a one bed apartment with a small but well equipped kitchen area. Lovely big bed and very comfortable, but the noise from the trains is awful. They seem to go by every minute, and the only respite is for a few hours in the middle of the night until they start up again in the early morning. I think it depends on which side of the hotel you are, so earplugs might be a good idea. A decent sized bathroom with a bath and shower. There’s a rooftop pool with a glass dome, and a well equipped gym on the same floor. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s in a good location for getting around, a few minutes walk from Southern Cross station, and the tram stop is outside the hotel. We liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay again because of the noise.

Stayed here several times over the years & has never disappointed. Front desk staff friendly & helpful. We get a flinders street room on the 10th floor hfacing with a balcony. Stayed here several times over the years & has never disappointed. Front desk staff friendly & helpful. We get a flinders street room on the 10th floor hfacing with a balcony. Can be quite noisy we don’t mind as the view and sitting outside of a night having drinks watching people come & go we enjoy so if you want quiet pick a room at the back of the building. King rooms have everything you need. I would only have a small bit of negativity & that the room maintenance could be looked at a bit harder & cleaner balcony especially the glass.
