“Amazing Check In Process with Mason!”
By far the coolest check in process I’ve ever had - a virtual assistant helped you remotely and you could talk face to face. My assistant, MASON, was extremely helpful, friendly, and I had such a great check in experience with him I had to give him a 10/10 review! Thank you, Mason!!

“Visit to see mom”
The bed was very comfortable, Aisha was awesome helping me to my rm bc elevators were down, she was young & strong, unlike me, so she carried my things up to my rm for me! “Adequate hotel for short stay”
Clean room, uncomfortable bed, but a reasonable place to stay when hotels closer to or in Louisville proper wanted over $700 per night for the Kentucky Derby.
