Rheinsberg is beautiful and well worth a visit. The Keramik was the cheapest hotel available when we booked, and considering the price we paid, was good value for money. The hotel reception is only open 10am-6pm and we weren't arriving until 9 pm. We contacted the hotel twice to find out what we need to do, but just got back a standard message saying that our request could not be accommodated. In fact, they have a night door with a code and can leave your key in your room if you are arriving late, but it took a lot of effort to find this out! The breakfast was good, but the staff stood in the doorway and watched you the whole time so it was not a relaxing experience. There is a fridge with cold beer and other drinks at very reasonable prices, and an honesty box. There are tables outside where you can sit to drink these. Overall we had a good time at the hotel and it was good value for money, but it is fairly basic.

An interesting combination of a large and very old Ceramic manufacturing business and a hotel/Pension in Rheinsberg . Rheinsberg is a cute town in Northern Germany with quite an interesting history . The Ceramic factory has been in operation for a very long time and they-make some really lovely and practical ceramics . The hotel is right across from a large Norma Market and next to a bakery . Good secure bike storage. Has a lift and the rooms are clean and average size . Bathroom clean and beds are comfortable. Reception is very friendly and breakfast is basic but good and plentiful. Within ten minutes walking to several good restaurants. Reasonable price point . Would stay there again

“Good Hotel”

This is the second time we spend the night at Keramik Hotel and it is still a really good hotel at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Good and welcoming breakfast buffet. Good and free parking spaces.

“Very good value”

Nice room and bathroom. Good breakfast and excellent coffee. Everything clean and nice. Free wi-fi and parking. Location within walking distance to Rheinsberg Palace, the lake and plenty of restaurants.

“OK for a short stay”

Stayed for one night and it was OK. Reception open between 10.00 and 18.00. Breakfast was fine and the overall price 78 € for one night including breakfast. Wifi did not work. The hotel did not have any restaurant.
