“Cheap and good place”

Most of the places i have been stayed at, this is the farest clean, nicer, and good thing about this property is the pool, and breakfast, its so awesome how they have many different coffee flavors. i was supprised i have seen that machine at big chains.

It’s was great place, pool was great, the breakfast was awesome. The people who are managing the hotel are awesome. The room was in great condition compare to other in area. I have enjoyed my stay and we will be return again if I am coming to town.

I would love to comeback again as its has the best option value added for money!!! Best time maybe that I have been visited. It wasn't a plan to stay here or visit Knoxville, we were heading to Georgia for my friends Graduation and we took a stop as a walk-in and took 4 rooms. We got non smoking beds and it was an open property. We were really exhausted and hungry the night we reached and I was skeptical initially about the rooms looking at online reviews but thank god we didn't go by the online reviews and we headed straight and to my shock we hadn't have anything that's mentioned online like all bad comments made for this property. We got the best rooms, perfect place looks like new property to us. The room was functional, modern, in new state, correctly equipped, clean, spacious enough. Appreciated the flooring in the rooms—no carpet is a win for us due to cleanliness factor. Facility was very clean and staff was very accommodating. Appreciated available laundry. There is even a vending machine and ice machine for guests in the hotel. Great parking space for free, calm and quite. The receptionist was nice, House keeping was amazing, toiletries was very good and I like extra towels and sheets when requested, also good high speed internet. Tv with all channels we enjoyed our favorite music. Comfortable and spacious rooms, with two queen beds. Room was cleaned every day. Staff was friendly and helpful all time Good food options nearby and waffle house next to it opened 24/7, we also see all shopping stores to within a mile. We happen to plan our unplanned short trip extending 2 more days at Econolodge, as Gatlinburg and nearby good places to visit was very close from this property and great prices comparatively to the properties near by Gatlinburg and other destinations that we have seen. We preferred 30mins drive back and stay at the best option we happen choose :) very happy overall.
