“Excellent stay!”
This was our first time in Rome, it was a bit tricky to find because it is located in a residential area but there are two nearby metro / bus stations either BOLOGNA or TIBURTINA. “fantansic leaving place”
It is more like a famliy hotel , master are perpare all of things what you may need . you could find the feeling of taking care . Just do not have slipper there .

“Comfortable stay”
We stayed here for four nights. Our room was spacious and we hardly saw the other guests. Breakfast is pastries, cereals, yoghurt, and juice. There is a fridge and toaster oven available, so it's possible to make a small meal. It is easy to get to from the airport and a 10min walk to Bologna me… Plus

“Things were going wrong but pleasantly surprised”
Like other reviewers said there aren't any clear signs that that place exists from outside. They had emailed me a week before my arrival to ask about the arrival time and I informed them. “great budget room for Rome”
The place isn't spectacular, but the host was very friendly and helpful (including arranging for us to have our room at 8 am!)
