I came down from the mountains and was very tired. The receptionist was VERY friendly and took the time to explain all the possibilities of the hotel and of Matrei. Was very helpfull with everything. “Awesome”
The hotel is very clean and tidy. Rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very, very kind and the food is awesome. The Location is also great, ski lift is only 200m away, supermarkets and local bus station are next to the hotel. We spent wonderful 10 days here and we sincerely recommend it to e… Plus

“Very pleasant stay”
Lovely little town and the hotel is nearby stores. There's also ample place for cars. Staff was friendly and was also able to accommodate the preference of a quiet room.
