We reached Pearl Hotel Kasai using Airport Limousine Bus (Keisei Bus) from Narita Airport T2. Just buy ticket at the counter arrival area. I checked the  bus timing before hand in their website so it went smoothly. We arrived in the hotel at 2:00PM almost 1.5hrs travel from airport. Check in time is 3:00PM and fortunately given our room key as soon as we arrived though 1hr early. I was glad that our room was big with 4 beds and a closet though I booked only standard twin room. No complimentary bottled water but they offer it for free if you will not ask for housekeeping everyday. We availed the offer but on the 3rd day we ask for cleaning the room. We stayed for 7 nights. With free shuttle going to Disney and need to booked/reserved but NO pick up from DLR to hotel but they provided print out instructions on how to get to DLR and bus stations going back and forth to the hotel which was a big help since there was japanese writings on it just show the paper when asking. No bell service. You bring your own luggage to your room and when checking out. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs even on booking queries thru Agoda you can inquire to them directly such as request for a non smoking room and the likes.. Breakfast included was a big factor before going out. A suffice buffet menu. Their fried chicken in small size was our favorite. Overall this hotel is recommended for budget traveller going to DLR for 2 days or more and for those who go out most of their stays since the location can be easily access by train and bus to any point of Tokyo tourist spots.

Close to the subway station, and easy access to convenience stores. Staff is helpful and friendly but English is limited. Rooms are clean, small, and affordable. Breakfast buffet selection is great! The Wifi worked and there were two computers in the lobby that could be used. The free shuttle to Disney only goes in the morning! It's about an hour walk if you don't take the subway.

The hotel is clean, located in a quiet suburb of the city so takes a while to get into the heart of the city. The rooms are small but ok and very clean. Toilets good and immaculate. Food is good too in the restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast is very good. You need to speak a little Japanese though as the staff though very nice and courteous speak very little English. I had a pleasant stay!

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It is conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores. This is especially helpful because the hotel does not have its own food outlet. Disneyland is close. You can take a cab to Disney Sea for a little over Y2,000. The room was small, just enough for two people with luggage. We tried to ask for a non-smoking room but the hotel was full. The front desk gave us a spray bottle to use for masking the smell of smoke in the room. We sprayed everywhere, especially on the curtains, carpet, bed and pillows. Otherwise, it was a comfortable and pleasant short stay.
