We rented a 2 bedroom apartment that had 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and a living room. There was a balcony overlooking a train tracks. The apartment is clean, with spacious rooms and living room. I was surprised by how big the apartment was for London standards. We arrived to the building before that manager but shortly he arrived with the keys and showed us how to reach our apartment (number 216). Then he showed us around the apartment and how to use the different utilities in the kitchen. The apartment has good furniture and most of the place is modern except for the bathroom and the oven/fridge/microwave are a little bit outdated, but working well and clean. The apartment has big windows in each room and living room with plenty natural lights The location is just perfect with Sansbury's /Argos and other shops located conveniently within the same building. Underground station just 6 to 7 min walk. Lots of nice restaurants near by and best of all walking distance to wonderful museums such as the natural history museum. The down side of the apartment is that there is no daily service (you have to pay extra), limited supply of dishwasher soap/ toilet paper. Its a wonderful apartment if you deal with official management and will be coming back in the future God willing.

I didn't intend writing a review, preferring to share constructive feedback directly with Crown Lawn, however the lack of any response from them has prompted me to write this. In the interests of balance, firstly the positives: location is good- less than 5 minutes walk from nearest tube and Waitrose so easy access to places and convenient for stocking up on essentials. The negatives: Point West is huge and internally presents as a somewhat tired and depressing building with extremely poor signage. Our apartment was 637- try finding that on any of the listed signs. The apartment was adequate in the main- we didn't expect luxury and our expectations were met. However the sink had no plug. Yes there's a dishwasher but given the very small amount of crockery and glassware a usable sink is a must. The TV remote was non functioning until we removed the completely corroded batteries and even with new ones the functionality was poor. Finally the communication with Crown Lawn was poor. They kept trying to text using a number that wouldn't send complete texts and which wouldn't allow replies. Somewhat frustrating. This was our second visit to London in a month, our first to this location and we won't return.
