“Good service, basic accomodation”

Stayed here the night before a flight from Beziers airport. I told the hotel I would be arriving at about 4pm, but discovered later that the French bus system was a bit unforgiving, and I actually arrived at about 1:45pm. There was no-one there, and the entrance is locked with a security code. I rang the phone number of the hotel, which was answered immediately, but it seems they live off site, so he talked me through the check in process over the phone. I asked about a taxi, and he offered their shuttle service. The room was fairly basic, but clean, with a serviceable en-suite shower room. Bed comfortable, and I got a good night’s sleep. Slightly worried in the morning when I went downstairs to find the place in darkness, but at five minutes before the agreed time, Madame exploded into reception, checked me out, and drove me to the airport. Overall this was a fairly standard hotel, but the service I found surprisingly good. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

“Nice little hotel”

It is near to the small little village with a few open restaurants the day we were here. There is a pool area to relax at and good safe carparking. The room we had was OK but not more than that. The owner is helpful and kind.

“Nice place ”

Hotel Mucrina was easy to find and a nice hotel, clean and good rooms. The owners are very nice, helpful and service minded and speak good English. They helped us book a restaurant in the old village which was superb. The pool looked very Nice and the local wine was very tasty. Highly recommended.

Mixed feelings about this Hotel Although the swimming pool looked very inviting we as a couple couldn’t get near it because the same family’s with there children appeared to be there all day with picnics not the relaxing swimming pool we envisaged. Mixed feelings about this Hotel Although the swimming pool looked very inviting we as a couple couldn’t get near it because the same family’s with there children appeared to be there all day with picnics not the relaxing swimming pool we envisaged. If you are a smoker this hotel would be great for you as it is hot you will sit on the enclosed terrace people will sit in front of you smoking (same family’s from the pool) even an ashtray in the room. Smoking in any space available... The room we thought was a single room at first there a problem with the toilet as it didn’t flush properly and mucky stuff was left behind & it would benefit with air conditioning. We wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
