This property is contemporary style and with lots of light. the living area has a spacious sitting area and kitchen and includes a modern flat screen tv. There are 4 comfy sofas that can also be made into beds for additional sleeping space. The dining area has a large dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped as well has having a large stove. There are 3 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds, one with 2 single beds and one with single bed. There are two shower rooms, one with toilet. Please note the following conditions:   -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euros, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Early check in from 10am-15pm is 30 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).  -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Also can be paid by credit card where we only make a retention.
