Area: Situated right in the “Heart of Prague” on the main shopping boulevard Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti). Classical building from 1883 designed by architect Josef Peshka, nowadays in new-baroque design.Room Description: Each apartment consists of a hall, a living room, a kitchen with dining where all is an open plan, one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Some apartments have a cloakroom and a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is intercom for better comfort of our clients. The living room has a sofa bed, a TV set with satellite channels and a CD player with radio. There are also coffee tables and lamps. The kitchen is furnished with table and chairs and is modern and well equipped with an oven, built-in refridgerator with dishwasher and microwave oven, a toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. Bedrooms are spacious and have a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a chest of drawers. Some bedrooms have two single beds and a sofa bed. Bathrooms are modern and have a shower, a wash basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet. Apartments provide comfort up to 6 people.

All-Inclusive Regulations in the Balearic Islands…

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.
