The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms counts with two single beds, while the other two have a double bed. The bathroom is completely renewed and equipped with a bathtub. The kitchen gets everything you could need for preparing your meals during your stay: food blender, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, electric oven and induction cook top. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a very big furnished terrace with a table and 6 seats where you can enjoy outdoors meals taking advantage of the good weather on the island. In the living room, where you can find two comfortable sofas you can watch TV, surf the Internet or just read a book while the breeze from the sea comes in. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you need is reachable by foot: the sand beach, a great variety of restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a public health centre and a bus stop. The bus comes every 15 minutes heading to Alcudia, Port de Pollença or other directions, such as Palma. The sand beach is not far from the apartment, you just need to walk down the street. This beach is wonderful for kids because it does not get much swell neither it is very deep. In Ca’n Picafort you will find restaurant for everyone’s taste: fresh fish, high quality meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and Majorcan cuisine. If you only want to have a snack or drink something there are several bars and cafés you can find in the area and on the sea promenade. There are also a lot of shops; apart from clothing stores and souvenirs you will also find small supermarkets. The big supermarkets are next to the main road that heads to Artà or Alcúdia. Nearby you will also find two petrol stations. By car or by bus you will easily be able to get to other beaches: Platja de Muro, Platja de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Port d’Alcúdia or Port de Pollença. Alcúdia old town, with its cobbled streets is worth a visit. Go to the squares, the church or follow the city walls that surround the village. Inside, many bars and good restaurants are a good place to sto`p for a while. Tuesdays and Saturdays are market days in Alcúdia, which turns into a bustling and lively place. Do not forget to visit Pollentia’s Roman ruins. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November).
