##Description **Villa Vincenzo Di Meglio** is located in Starza, in Barano d’Ischia, a hilly town situated south-west of the Isola Verde, in Campania. The hamlet of Piedimonte is a 5-minute walk, Barano town centre is located 2 km away, while Ischia Porto, the heart of the island, with its bars, its main street and its exclusive shops, is 6 kilometres away. Maronti beach, 3 km long, with Olmitello and Cava Scura hot springs, is about 4,5 kilometres away. Ischia can be reached by ferry or by hydrofoil from the ports of Naples and Pozzuoli. Napoli Capodichino is located, respectively, about 8 and 21 kilometres from the two ports. This ancient villa, dating back to 1800, recently renovated and converted into a resort in 2011, is managed directly by the Di Meglio family. The country house, arranged over three levels, and three outbuildings with individual apartments, are surrounded by large green areas, with hazelnut trees, vines, fruit trees and even a small vegetable garden, made available to guests for the daily collection of the products. The house blends perfectly with the surrounding area and offers stunning views of the surrounding hills, as well as moments of pure relaxation.
