Villa Niba is situated on the headland of Akrotiri, Chania, Crete and amongst the most historic and beautiful areas of the island. Villa Niba is a beachfront villa situated in a slightly elevated position and overlooks the cliffside views of the rich blue Aegean sea and built to offer pure relaxation and unique sunsets overlooking Kalathas Beach, straight from its living room, garden and infinity pool area. Its architecture of simple and plain features of detail detaches it somewhat from other repetitions. Its swimming pool gives the impression that it blends with the sea, as the crystal overflow joins together the water surface with the blue sea in the horizon. Access to the sea is immediate from two areas, firstly its pool area leads down to a small path to the sandy beach and local taverna or by its outside main road a two minutes walk away. In the main villa, which is located on the upper level, a spacious open plan living room is offered with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a satellite TV and opens to a furnished veranda that offers magnificent sea views. The kitchen provides ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dish washer and all the necessary kitchen utensils. A second seating area is provided in the studio, which is located on the pool level. The studio leads directly to a spacious lawn area with barbecue facilities. A large swimming pool with hydromassage, sunbeds and umbrellas is available as well. A small garden surrounds the villa with herds and other local plants. A laundry room is available offering a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Wireless internet is provided throughout the property, whereas a private parking area is available as well.
