The foyer of building is preceded only by one step, followed by a ramp for the disabled; across from it is the entrance door of the apartment. Guests are welcomed into a spacious corridor: on the right there is the living room, furnished with a sofa, a table with 6 chairs, a bookcase and a 27” TV. The two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with tub (and overhead shower) and washing machine. Linens and towels provided. At the end of the corridor, the kitchen is small but well equipped with microwave and electric oven. Here you can have your daily breakfast sitting at a cozy table. IMPORTANT: Apartment suitable for the disabled. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
