On the second level (on the mezzanine floor) there is the master bedroom with practical walk-in closet and the marble bathroom with bath-tub. Being on the mezzanine floor, the master bedroom overlooks the living room below and does not therefore provide 100% privacy. All the rooms have beautiful wooden floors, coffered ceilings and original frescoes on the walls. Pricing Information: Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, final cleaning, condo expenses, agency fee and taxes. Excluded from the price: utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days.
