To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with a ceiling fan and a balcony overlooking the building’s inner courtyard. Adjacent is the bathroom complete with bathtub. On the right hand side is the living room furnished with a queen size sofa bed, a wooden dining table for 6 guests and French door-windows leading to the 15 sq mt terrace which faces Via Veniero. Next to the day area is the bedroom offering a double bed and large wardrobe. The apartment also offers air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room as well as tile pavements throughout except for parquet in the bedroom. Internet is available upon request. Linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.
