This apartment, with 70 m2, is just perfect for families or small groups of friends. The 3 bedrooms count with double beds and there is a bathroom with shower cabin. The accommodation does not provide air conditioning but we can supply fans on request. The apartment is located in the 1rst floor of the building and does not have more flats on its top. You will only have neighbours in the Ground floor and in the next house. You will enjoy cool breakfasts in the big terrace, 6 x 4 meters, which is furnished with table and seats for up to 6 people. There is also the possibility to cover the terrace with a sunshade. You will also find two sun beds to rest a little bit or to get tanned. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that you can unfold and transform it into a sofa-bed, perfect for naps, surfing on the internet (WIFI) or watching TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay: gas stove and oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and much more. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and iron table. Pets are only allowed on request – please ask before! The location of the apartment is just perfect. First of all because you are at the beachfront with astonishing views to the sea and secondly because everything you need is in a short distance, only 5 minutes by car. In Alcúdia town and in Puerto de Alcúdia you will find all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities. You will also be staying in a well-known area for good beaches: Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Playa de Alcúdia and many more. Enjoy a day laying on the sand, refreshing at the beach or just walking along it. We also recommend you a visit to Cala Sant Vicens and Pollença, el Calvari and its main square could be worth it for a half-day trip. In order to go up to el Calvari, you will haver to climb up more than 100 steps - ¡It’s really worth it! As we said before, in Puerto de Alcúdia you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, degustation menus and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre. This apartment offers a home away from home in one of the nicest and most privileged zones of Mallorca.
