A flight of stairs located on the left of the entrance leads to the lower floor, which can be accessed from the fifth floor as well, where the bedroom with double bed and a large closet is located. The marble bathroom with shower and washing machine is located next to the bedroom. Both the levels of the apartment are very bright; moreover the flat is fitted with parquet flooring in all rooms but in the bathroom, which is fitted with marble flooring. The apartment offers quality finishes (double glazed windows, insulating system) in order to guarantee peace and tranquillity as well as the maximum energy saving. NB: The apartment is not equipped with the traditional air conditioning, but with a cooling and dehumidification system. For this apartment the city tax is required and not included in the price.
